What's included?

The bag, two pin inserts and pin-stallation foam. The 3-Way and 4-Way also come with a padded shoulder strap.

How many pins fit?

About 40 pins of 2.5 cm on one insert in the 15" bags, and about 60 in the 4-Way 17". Smaller pins fit more.

Will my laptop fit?

The Dual Window backpacks and the 3-Way take laptops up to 15" . The 4-Way takes laptops up to 17".

Can it go out in the rain?

The 4-Way has a water-repellent, TPU-coated cotton shell: fine in the rain, not for a swim. The Dual Window and 3-Way are cotton and not water-repellent, so keep them out of heavy rain.

How do I look after it?

Wipe the clear window with a soft, damp microfibre cloth. Try not to rest the bag window-side down on rough or sharp surfaces.

Is it easy to clean?

Yes. The dark cotton hides everyday marks, and because it's cotton you can spot clean it with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Let it air dry.

Is there a warranty?

Every bag has a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If yours arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

When will bags ship?

In-stock bags are packed within 1 to 2 business days, then take 2 to 4 business days to arrive in Australia and 2 to 7 business days internationally. Pre-order bags ship on the date shown on each bag's page.

Collection One is everyday bags: versatile, durable and thoughtfully made, for lives that run busy or keep it minimal.

Everyone has a stash: the drawer, the shelf, the corner of the bag where the good stuff ends up. A ticket stub from a great night, a pin a friend gave you, the necklace you never take off. Small things, big weight, nothing a spec sheet could explain.

Troav started with a simple thought: those things should get out more. Not lost at the bottom of a bag, but carried well, in something made for real life and worth keeping in its own right. Low key on the outside. Very extra where it counts.

We have spent the last decade designing and making bags under other brands. More than 5,000 of them, shipped around the world across 40-plus production runs. That is a lot to unpack: which fabrics survive daily life, which hardware quietly gives up, what a strap really feels like on hour eight. Troav is where all of it lands, finally under our own name.

Collection One is a small first run of everyday bags, obsessively designed in Sydney and made with partners we have worked with for years. Bags that go from work to weekend, take a beating and still look the part. For anyone who carries a lot, or as little as possible, and has never quite found the right one. Get carried away.
